
Bobbi Jo Mann, age 79, of Isanti died unexpectedly September 19, 2016 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
Bobbi Jo Mann was born December 5, 1936 in Eldorado Springs, Missouri to Earl and Katie Jo (Smith) Cook. At a young age she moved to California. Bobbi was married and they moved to Iowa. While in Iowa she started her meat cutting career, which she was proud of. She has made Isanti her home since the early 1970’s. She enjoyed her store management position at Coopers Corner and the Isanti 76 station. Bobbi especially liked interacting with the customers. She was a huge Green Bay Packers fan and she also loved the LA Dodgers and MN Twins. She will be dearly missed.
Bobbi is survived by her son, Tyson (Shelley) Mann; brother, Tom (Jena) Atkinson; sister, Earline Carter; two grandchildren, Caitlin Ann and Sean; and by many other relatives and friends. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth “Red” Atkinson, and brother-in-law, Ray Carter.
A gathering to celebrate Bobbi’s life will be held Friday, September 23rd from 4 until 6 p.m., with a brief service at 6 p.m. at Strike Funeral Home – Isanti Chapel.
