Two colleagues are retiring from Cambridge State Bank. Both Nancy Larsen and Cindy Danielson will retire from the bank this month.
All are invited in wishing Larsen and Danielson a happy retirement on Friday, Sept. 23. Cake and coffee will be served at the bank’s 127 South Main Street location.
Larsen has been a dedicated employee for 15 years and has over 40 years in the banking industry. The day after graduation from Milaca High School, she started working for Princeton State Bank. She also worked for First National Bank of Elk River before beginning her career at Cambridge State Bank. For the last 30 years she has worked mostly in the loan department but like everyone else, she started out by filing checks and running the proof machine.
Larsen resides in Princeton with her husband Mike and they have two children, and four grandchildren.
Church, golfing, spending time with family and friends are just a few of the activities Larsen enjoys. Once retired, she plans to travel, volunteer more often at church, golf more and spend more time with her family.
Danielson has been a devoted Cambridge State Bank employee since 2008. After graduation from Forest Lake High School, Danielson worked in a variety of customer service jobs and then as a medical receptionist. After settling in Mora, she worked part time until her children were grown. Danielson started at CSB as a part time teller in 2008 and advanced to a full time position as an operations administrative assistant.
Danielson resides in Mora with her husband Curt. They have three daughters and four grandchildren.
Danielson enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and will do more of that once retired. She also plans on relaxing at home with her husband.
