It’s that time of year again for SAC’s Friendship Cafe to host their annual Christmas Friendship Tea. This tea party is a great opportunity to interact and spend quality time with your family and friends. You will be warmly welcomed by our hostesses, who will serve you a delicious brunch while you socialize and listen to festive Christmas music.
Our 2015 Christmas Friendship Tea will be held on Saturday, December 12, at 10 a.m. in the City Center Mall next to SAC’s Cafe. Music will be provided by the Prime Time singers, a community group of senior citizens who enjoy singing together, as well as sharing friendship and fellowship. Our staff will be serving delicious homemade food consisting of ham and vegetable strata, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, muffins, holiday cookies and treats, and spiced tea or coffee. Everyone is welcome to this social event. It is a great kickoff to the holiday season.
If you would like to attend SAC’s Christmas Tea, RSVP prior to Thursday, Dec. 10, by signing up in the SAC’s Enrichment Center or call us at 763-689-6555. The cost is $7.50 per person,with all proceeds going toward the maintenance of SAC’s.

Tuesday, Dec. 8:
• 10 a.m. – Adult Coloring.

• 12:30 p.m. – Hand and Foot.
Wednesday, Dec. 9:
• 8:30 a.m. – Morning Stretch.
• 9:30 a.m. – Cribbage.
Thursday, Dec. 10:
• 8:30 a.m. – Qigong.
• 9:30 a.m. – Wellness Walk.
• Noon – “500” Cards.
SAC’s Friendship Cafe Hours:
• Breakfast is served Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Friday Breakfast Club, 7:30-9:30 a.m.
• Friday Lunch Club, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Remember, by eating at SAC’s Friendship Café, you are donating to the wonderful activities offered to our senior citizens.
Upcoming events:
• Come color with us on Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. You will be coloring gift tags to put on your Christmas presents.
• The bus to the Swedish Art Institute on Thursday, Dec. 10, is leaving by 8 a.m. from SAC’s Enrichment Center. If you haven’t turned in your medical information sheet, bring it with and give to Audrey.
