Special School Board Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, March 11, 2014
Meeting called to order by Chair Tim Hitchings at 6:00 p.m. and meeting was started.
Pledge of allegiance was said by all.
Roll call was taken. Those present: School Board members Tim Hitchings, Lynn Wedlund, Gary Hawkins, Heidi Sprandel, Darcy Winsor and Jenni Caulk; Superintendent, Dr. Ray Queener; Director of Finance, Robyn Vosberg-Torgerson; and Executive Administrative Assistant, Kimberly Cheney. Absent: Mike Streiff.
Motion was made by Darcy Winsor, seconded by Gary Hawkins to approve Agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Lynn Wedlund, seconded by Jenni Caulk to approve the letter of support for County Road 45 Expansion and Paving the Curbs. Motion carried unanimously.
Robyn Vosberg-Torgerson gave a brief explanation of the bid tabulation and alternate options proposed by ICS Consulting, Inc. Motion made by Gary Hawkins, seconded by Jenni Caulk lo approve the bid for Isanti Middle School 2014 HVAC Updates and remodeling be awarded to Ebert Construction. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made for adjournment by Jenni Caulk, seconded by Heidi Sprandel. Motion carried unanimously and meeting was adjourned at 6:09 p.m. to move into study session.
