Calvin Gene Nelson, 56, of Braham, Minn., passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
Cal was preceded in death by his father, Gene W. Nelson.
He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Nelson, sister, Diane Marpe, brother-in-law, Joel and nieces, Stephanie and Leslie, and many beloved friends.
A Funeral was held Jan. 25, 2014 at the Braham Evangelical Covenant Church with Rev. Steve Jennsich, Pastor Harley Swartout and Pastor Jesse Lange officiating. Interment was in the Big Lake Cemetery in Big Lake, Minn.
