PUBLIC NOTICE
ISANTI COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Pursuant to an act of the Isanti County Commissioners, no conditional use permits shall be permitted pursuant to the Rural Retail Tourism Business Sections of the Ordinance adopted by the Isanti County Board of Commissioners on July 17th, 2013. This moratorium, which will not extend beyond one year, shall include the Rural Retail Tourism Business conditional use permits available under each Section of the Ordinance, which includes Section 6, Subdivision 3, Paragraph 23; Section 7, Subdivision 3, Paragraph 9; and Section 11, Subdivision 2, Paragraph 3 (under each of the Special Protection, Residential and Water Oriented Commercial Districts).
