17/03-27 Morris/Anderson to approve the following Personnel Committee Recommendation: to authorize the promotion of a Correctional Officer to a Sergeant effective September, 2017. Carried.

to authorize the reclassification of Sandy Anderson from temporary part-time to regular part-time employee, and authorized to work up to an average of 8 hours per week.

PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS
17-03-46 Oslund/Morris to approve the following Planning Commission Action #1: the request of Jeff Manke for a preliminary plat of Manke Addition (on file). Carried.
O0o D Meyer, Veterans Services Director, presented an update on his department to the Board members.
O0o T Gullerud, Isanti County Court Administrator, and M Bostrom, Isanti County Emergency Management Director, presented to the County Board of Commissioners, a detailed quote on the cost for the Safe and Secure Courthouse Initiative Grant.
O0o M Jensen, Family Services Fiscal Supervisor, presented his agencys financial report to the Board.
17/03-47 Warring/Oslund to ratify C Olsons employment status from Trainee Social Worker to Probationary Status Employee, effective 3-1-2017. Carried.
17/03-48 Morris/Anderson to authorize to pay an expense claim for G Henchen in the amount of $81.00 after the required time frame. Carried.
17/03-49 Oslund/Warring to approve the contract with Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc., for Child Psychiatry Services contingent on the approval of County Attorney J Edblad. Carried.
O0o Pine Technical College President J Mulford, and Executive Director D Green, presented the Pine Technical College Annual Report on Employment Services to the County Board.
O0o The Board was advised that the number of Income Maintenance cases as shown by the MAXIS system as of February 28, 2017, was 2,659.
