Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 14th, 2014, at 7:00 P.M., at the Isanti City Hall located at 110 First Avenue NW, Isanti, Minnesota; the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following item(s):
Request from Verizon Wireless for an Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for 501 West Dual Boulevard NE for placement of Antennas on a Telecommunications Tower and an Accessory Structure.
Request from the City of Isanti to Amend Ordinance No. 445 Zoning, Section 2 Definition of Terms and Repealing Section 16 Signs in its entirety and replacing with new provisions.
