Local Salvation Army needs your help this holiday season

Dear Editor:
As the holidays approach, the Salvation Army is busy with our wish list–that no family will be without food or shelter, and that no one will be forgotten and alone in this season of joy.
Of course, The Salvation Army Service Unit of Isanti County has been working all year long to make sure that our residents do not face a crisis or emergency alone.
When you hear the ringing of the Salvation Army bell and see the Red Kettle, please offer your support. We need your help even more this year, as even more people are coming up to us with emergency needs.
We would also like to thank Shalom, Cambridge Lutheran Church, Long Lake Lutheran Church, food shelf hayride, and all personal donations that have been given to us this past year. The three major programs we have in Isanti County are Easter baskets, backpack and school supplies, and Thanksgiving. We would not be able to support these programs without all your help. Bell ringers are needed.
