To show support for local nonprofits, Cambridge State Bank recently presented Isanti County Sheriff’s Safety and Rescue with a donation check.

The Isanti County Sheriff’s Safety and Rescue serves Isanti County residents and visitors by assisting the Sheriff’s Office with many functions and they provide emergency response for vehicle accidents, water and ice rescue, road clean up from storm damage, on-site firefighter assistance and searching for lost persons.

Throughout the year, an employee from Cambridge State Bank draws the name of a local nonprofit organization and then employees have an opportunity to wear blue jeans on Friday’s when they donate. They call this “Bankers That Do, Get to Wear Blue.”

This is the bank’s way of saying thank you to the local nonprofit organizations for all that they do for the community. To date, their bankers in blue have donated over $1,500.
