BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Isanti County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board Room of the Isanti County Government Center, 555 – 18th Avenue SW, Cambridge, MN 55008 to consider the following requests:
1. The request of Kurt LaFontaine, 28583 Lily St NW, Isanti, MN 55040, to construct a garage with less than the required setback from the Right of Way of the County Road. Legal description is Lot 5, Block 1 Mixs Bay 3rd Addition of Section 28, Township 35, Range 24, Bradford Township.
2. The request of Eklund Acres, LLC, 29836 Jackson St NE, Isanti, MN 55040 to construct a grain bin with less than the required setback from the Center Line of the Township Road. Legal description is Pt of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35, Range 23, Isanti Township.
3. The request of Sunrise Homes Inc, PO Box 160, Isanti MN 55040, to appoint a building right to a property in a quarter quarter in multiple ownership that has less than the required amount of acreage to gain a building right. Legal description is Outlot A Country Estates of Section 5, Township 34, Range 24, Stanford Township.
4. The request of Randy Larson, 2800 – 369th Avenue NE, Grandy, MN 55029, to construct an addition to the dwelling with less than the required setback from the center line of a County Road. Legal description is Pt of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 36, Range 23, Cambridge Township.
5. The request of Keocher Farms, LLC & the Estate of John R Keocher, 26696 Zodiac St NE, Stacy, MN 55079, that a division/split and transfer of a proposed parcel described in the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, Township 34, Range 22 does not result in the loss of any building rights or count as a split in the North Half of Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 34, Range 22. Legal description is Pt of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4, Section 9, Township 34, Range 22, Oxford Township.
