COUNTY OF ISANTI REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Isanti County is accepting qualified proposals for its group health insurance plans. Proposals will be accepted until Thursday, October 3rd, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. from health insurance providers licensed in Minnesota. It is not the Countys intentions to change consultants, but to seek plan options.

Isanti County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof; and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal process.
