Dear Editor:
Our Braham Girl Scout Troop No. 56651 would like to thank the surrounding communities for their support in helping our girls to reach their goals with cookie sales this year.
We are fortunate enough to have the opportunities to set up booths at both Cub Foods in Cambridge and County Market in North Branch. We appreciate that these businesses welcome our girls with a safe, warm, indoor location to sell cookies. We also want to thank all of the people that stopped to buy cookies and give our girls a chance to learn to speak in a public setting, count money, and develop customer service skills. These are all values we work to instill in our girls through Girl Scouts.
We are so thankful for the great group of girls we have the opportunity to work with and the supportive parents that help our girls to be successful. A big thank you to Jim and Heather Sward for their help with designing and building our booth and t-shirts this year as well.
