16/02-31 Warring/Anderson to appoint the following initial Board of Directors for the Skogman Lake
Improvement District (on file). Carried.
16/02-32 Warring/Anderson to schedule a Special Board Meeting for 3-23-2016, at 9:00 a.m. for the
purpose of interviewing the Isanti County Veterans Services Director. Carried.
16/02-33 Turnquist/Oslund to appoint M Anderson to Planning Commission as an at large appointment.

16/02-40 Turnquist/Oslund to ratify the Contract between MNCCC and TriMin for IFS Maintenance and

16/02-50 Oslund/Turnquist to approve the following Planning Commission action (on file). Carried.
16/02-51 Turnquist/Oslund to authorize K Zilmer to exceed 40 hours of compensatory time up to a
maximum of 60 hours with a plan to have it reduced to less than 40 hours by 1-1-2016. Carried.
16/02-52 Turnquist/Anderson to contract with Dilly Beehler to co-facilitate Circle of Security Parenting
Classes. Carried.
16/02-53 Turnquist/Warring to ratify the promotion of T Cahoe to Child Support Officer, effective 3-3-2016.
