The Braham Boys Basketball team has moved on to the Class AA Championship following a 77-53 semifinal win over St. Cloud Cathedral Wednesday night at St. John’s University.
The Bombers started to take control of St. Cloud Cathedral during a 15-2 run midway in the second half. Fueling the charge was the outside shooting of Alec Olson, who knocked down eight, three-point field goals, and led the team with 24 points. Also contributing to the win were John Larson with 17 points, Chris Olson with 19 points and Ryan Larson with 13 points.
The Bombers will face Albany in the section finals championship game to be held at 6 p.m. at St. Cloud State University on Friday, March 4.
